Nerf Birthday Parties - FAQ and General Information

We operate by scheduled bookings only. Because we open specifically for scheduled play, advance booking is required. You can reserve online or call us at 587-405-2994 for last-minute availability! 

Walk-in availability is limited because our arena schedule is built around booked sessions. We strongly recommend calling ahead or checking our online booking calendar before stopping by to make sure space is open. 

Cost is $26 + GST per hour per player for Nerf. $18 + GST per hour per player for Gamers Lounge

Foam Fighters is built for all ages! We generally recommend ages 6 and up (ages 4 and 5 can join in with a parent helping). To give everyone the best experience, we match player ages in the arena. If you are booking for players 5 & under or 11 & older, please call us at 587-405-2994 before booking so we can place you in the right group! 

Yes, clean running shoes are required as the floor is cement.

 All play equipment is provided, including blasters, darts, vests, and safety glasses. You are welcome to bring your own blaster if it uses standard Elite darts! 

There is a Ref in the arena. Games will be run according to the age of the players. Refs will try to play 2- 3 mini games each 15-20mins. 

Standard party packages share the Nerf arena with other groups. If you book our Private Arena Package, the Nerf arena itself is 100% exclusive to your group in the arena during play.

Gamers Lounge Packages are exclusive to your group.

Note: Other guests and parties may still be in other areas of the building (such as the party rooms, hall, or common areas).

Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to a future date or applied to another activity if you need to reschedule. 

Party Package, the deposit is $50.
For the Private Arena Package, the deposit is $200.
The Gamers Lounge Package, the deposit is $50.
If doing a Nerf and Gamers Lounge Package together, the deposit is $100.
For Drop-ins, must pay the full amount.

We do a final headcount on the day of your event to adjust your balance. You can easily add extra players up to your package maximum—just let us know a few days ahead so we can ensure we have enough gear ready!

Policy Note: For our Private Arena Packages, any major adjustments or package changes must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to your party date.

We have a variety of games for ages 7 and up, ranging from Minecraft, Mario Cart, Rocket League, Roblox, Fortnite, Sports Games, plus much more. Give us a call or email if you are looking for a specific game. 

Take note of the party room end time for your Nerf Package. Select that time for the start of the Gamers Lounge Package.  Feel free to call us at 587-405-2994 if you would like help adding this on. 

There is a party room included with the Level 2 Gamers Package. You get the party room for 45 minutes after the group is finished in the Gamers Lounge. 

We can fit up to 20 people in the Gamers Lounge. They will need to share screens for the larger groups. 

You are welcome to decorate the area using scotch tape only! To keep the space clean for everyone, we do not allow sparklers, glitter, confetti, piñatas, or wall-damaging tapes. Please remove your decorations at the end of your 45-minute room window. 

We usually have parties right after another. We will get people into their party rooms as soon as they are available. We cannot guarantee a room for you when you arrive. 

Your 45-minute party room time begins immediately after your 60-minute Nerf battle. Because we rotate parties throughout the day, early room access isn't available before your play time. Our team will have your space cleaned and ready for your group the moment your battle wraps up! 

Blue Room - 60"x 30" (x4), 43"x 25.5" (x2)

Red Room - 72"x 36" (x1),  72"x 30" (x1), 43"x 25.5" (x2)

Yellow Room - 95.5"x 29" (x2), 43"x 26.5" (x3), Counter 134.5"x 24.5"

 Room assignments are based on party size and the day's schedule, so specific rooms cannot be guaranteed in advance. 

 If you just want arena play without room time, you can book your group as individual play slots/drop-ins instead of a party package. 

Party room time is fixed at 45 minutes after play to allow our team to clean and prepare the space for the next group or for the end of the day cleaning. 

 Yes! While we do not have an onsite kitchen or fountain drink service, you are welcome to bring snacks, homemade treats, or order food delivery to our location.

Friendly Reminder: Please bring your own plates, napkins, cups, and utensils!

 Yes! We do have a shared fridge and freezer on site to hold your cake or ice cream during play. 

We cannot warm up food, but you can bring in your own warmer.

We have some party supplies for purchase.  We recommend bringing in your own supplies.

Option 1 - Portable Nerf Party comes with a set of inflatable obstacles, safety glasses, and enough blasters and darts for up to 20 players.  This set can fit inside a vehicle for easy transport and can be set up in about 15 mins.  This can also be delivered and picked up for an additional cost.

Option 2 - Foam Fighters inflatable arena 20 ft x 40 ft with built in obstacles and is 12 ft high,  safety glasses, blasters and darts provided.  Foam fighters staff will need 1hr prior to the event for set up and 1hr for tear down.  Power is required or a generator can be provided for an additional cost.

We supply all the obstacles, pumps, blasters, darts and safety glasses.

The Portable Nerf Party package is up to 24 hour rental and the inflatable arena is 4 hours at a time.

Yes, we do not currently have equipment to rent.

Yes, if you are under 18, but we we highly recommend it at all ages.
